We've organised betting history to be straightforward. You can view bets placed today or from months ago, filter by game type or date range, and check settlement status in seconds. Whether you are in Jakarta, Surabaya, or Medan, your betting history is synchronized across desktop and mobile. This guide covers how to access your history, understand each field, and use it to manage your account responsibly.

Accessing your betting history

Log in to your ligavip account and navigate to Account or History. Your dashboard displays bets from the last seven days by default. Above the list, you see options to filter by date range, game type, or status. Select the filters you want and click Update. The system refreshes the list to show only bets that match your criteria.

Betting history loads instantly on desktop. On mobile, the app may take a few seconds to load if you have a large history or slow connection. Scroll down to view older bets; the list displays 20 bets per page by default. Click Next to see the next batch of records.

A complete betting history is proof of your account activity—it is what you and our support team refer to when verifying bets, investigating disputes, or confirming your identity before withdrawal.

Understanding bet status

Each bet in your history shows a status. Pending means the event has not yet concluded—a football match is still being played, or a blackjack hand is waiting for the dealer to act. Settled means the bet has resolved and the outcome is final. Cancelled means you or the platform cancelled the bet before it could be placed or after the market closed.

A settled bet displays the result: Won (you received a payout), Lost (you lost your stake), or Void (the bet was refunded because the market was cancelled or the event did not occur). Voided bets return your stake in full. Won bets add your payout to your balance. Lost bets deduct your stake.

Examining bet details

Click any bet in your history to expand it and see all details. You see the exact odds you received when you placed the bet, your stake amount, the potential payout if you won, the actual payout (if settled), and the date and time the bet was placed. For live-dealer games, you see the table name and dealer name. For sportsbook, you see the match, teams, and market type.

This detail view is your receipt. If a payout seems incorrect or a bet appears to have settled wrong, reference these details when contacting our support team. Include the bet ID (a unique number assigned to every bet) in your message.

Filtering and searching history

You can filter betting history by several criteria. Date range lets you view bets from a specific period—today, this week, or a custom date range. Game type lets you see only sportsbook bets, live casino bets, or slot bets. Status filter shows only pending, settled, or cancelled bets. You can combine filters—for example, show all settled blackjack bets from the past month.

Search is also available. Enter a bet ID, match name, or game name to find specific bets. If you remember betting on a Liga 1 match or a Piala AFF qualifier but are not sure of the exact date, search for the league name and your betting history will narrow to those matches.

Your betting history is available forever

We retain all betting records indefinitely. Even bets from months or years ago remain in your account history for your review and for verification during the withdrawal process.

Betting history and account verification

When you request a withdrawal, our compliance team reviews your account. They check your betting history to verify that your account is legitimate, that your activity aligns with our terms, and that you are the account owner. This verification process typically takes one business day. During this time, your betting history is the main document we use to confirm your identity and the source of your funds.

Transparency in your betting history helps this process move faster. If your activity is straightforward—regular bets over weeks or months, clear deposit and withdrawal patterns—verification completes quickly. If your account shows unusual patterns (for example, a single massive bet or an unusually long period of no activity followed by a large withdrawal), our team may ask for additional documentation.

How deposits and withdrawals appear in your history

Your account balance reflects deposits you have made and payouts from won bets. A separate section called Transactions or Statements shows all deposits and withdrawals. Deposits made via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) each appear as a transaction with date, method, and amount.

Withdrawals also appear in this transaction list once you request them. You see the withdrawal status: Pending (under review), Approved (processing to your bank), or Completed (funds sent). Keep a record of your deposit and withdrawal transactions—they are proof of where your money came from and where it went, which is important if you are questioned about your account activity.

Your betting history plus your transaction history together form a complete financial record of your account activity—this record is what protects both you and ligavip.

Data privacy and security of your history

Your betting history is confidential. Only you and our customer support team can view your bets. When you contact us with a question about a specific bet, we ask for your account email to confirm your identity, then we retrieve the bet details from our system. We never share your betting history with third parties, other users, or external services.

To protect your history, enable two-factor authentication in your account settings. This ensures that only someone with access to your phone or authenticator app can log in and view your bets. If someone gains access to your email password but does not have your 2FA code, they cannot view your account or place new bets.

Exporting or downloading your history

Some accounts allow you to export betting history as a file for record-keeping. Contact our support team to request a data export. We can provide your complete betting history in a format you can save or import into your own system. This is particularly useful if you keep personal financial records or need to document your activity for tax purposes.
