When you open a ligavip account, you enter into a direct relationship with us. These terms describe that relationship—what we require from you, what we commit to, and how disputes are resolved. We are not available everywhere, and joining ligavip means you confirm that gaming services are lawful where you are located and that you meet our age and identity requirements.
Account opening starts with email verification, identity documents, and a deposit method. Once your account is verified, you access our live-dealer tables, sportsbook, and slot games. We protect your deposit funds

Bonuses and promotional offers

Our decision is final unless you have documented evidence that contradicts our conclusion. Disputes over bet outcomes are resolved by reviewing the game log or table recording. Disputes over withdrawals are resolved by checking withdrawal status and payment processor confirmation.
If you are not satisfied with our decision, you can escalate your case to our compliance officer. We do not offer external arbitration or mediation at this time. All disputes are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ligavip is licensed and where your account is registered.
